This picture is on June 26, 1994 …the day I finally got my biggest wish, a little sister!!!!

I got to be there for every step; my mom announcing she was pregnant, her baby shower, up until Rachel made her premature arrival as a tiny little 4 pounder!

Flash forward 23 years later and that same little sis I prayed for is about to welcome her own little girl, my first niece!

As you can imagine, I am beyond excited for Rachel! I knew the moment she told me the news, I was going not only going to be there every step of the way, but wanted to plan her a baby shower!

My mom was a wonderful help as we made plans for an Aloha Baby Luau shower for our family. We made sure to go on theme with Leis, Pineapples decor, and lots of yummy food. My favorite were the donuts made into pineapples!  It was such a fun time and now Rachel is just about ready to welcome her little hula girl!

Special thank you to my Aunt Debbie and Uncle Steve who opened their home up for the shower, it was a perfect location! And thank you to everyone who came to support her, Perris, and their new addition…she is already so loved!
